You will own global growth strategy and execution across digital demand, paid media, web strategy and operations, lifecycle growth, and AI-enabled experiences, while also leading Americas Field and Partner Marketing as a key region. You will set the global policies, standards, and operating mechanisms that define how growth marketing is planned, measured, and optimized across the company-ensuring consistent execution and measurable impact across regions, segments, and routes-to-market. As a trusted partner to Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, Finance, and IT, you will operate at a corporate level, influencing companywide decisions on growth strategy, investment priorities, and marketing efficiency. The anticipated on target earning (OTE) range for this role is $259,000.00 to $370,000.00. Actual compensation offered will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, and qualifications as they directly relate to the requirements of the position, the budget for the position, and applicable employment laws. At Barracuda, we believe in fair and equitable compensation practices that reflect both market realities and the unique circumstances of each geographical location. We recognize that cost-of-living disparities, market conditions, and other factors can significantly impact compensation expectations in different regions.
